Our operating hours are:

       We work night shift so that we can prepare all the orders fresh every day.

       1:00am – 10:00am Monday to Friday and 2:00am – 8:30am on Saturdays

If placing an order outside the operating hours by phone please provide the following information on the message service: Date Required, name, contact number, quantity and name of each salad. If you require confirmation of your order please provide an email address or mobile number for confirmation.

Obviously, the more notice the better however orders need to be placed prior to 12:00pm noon the day before required. 

The minimum order quantity for salads is 1kg, all prices quoted are per kg.

When ordering products we recommend the following quantities:

When ordering salads as a side to accompany other food - 5 serves per kilogram 
(eg, For 20 guests you would require a total of 4kg of salad)

When ordering salads, or sliced tomato, onion, lettuce etc as an ingredient in steak sandwiches etc - 20 serves per kilogram
(eg; 100 steak sandwiches – 5kg each of onion, tomato, lettuce and coleslaw)

All orders are freshly prepared the morning of collection and pick-up times are:

Monday to Fridays:   08:00am - 08:30am

Saturdays:                   08:00am - 08:30am
